He specializes in aligning IT and business priorities, driving cost transparency, and building strategic partnerships that deliver measurable results.

 

Antonio advises C-Suite leadership on IT portfolio & investment strategy, resource optimization, and risk management while championing innovation through Technology Business Management (TBM), Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps), agile frameworks, and enterprise capability roadmaps.

 

Previously, Antonio led enterprise technology governance and investment operations at the Office of Personnel Management, Small Business Administration, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Across these leadership roles, he has been recognized for elevating transparency, strengthening compliance, and delivering cost savings that directly advance organizational missions.
